Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Jobtrigger24 ("the Service"). By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Jobtrigger24 is a subscription-based platform offering curated job alerts, AI-driven resume scoring, ATS scanning, AI resume rewriting, AI cover letter generation and related career tools. Job listings are aggregated from third-party sources and provided on an as-available basis.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from the dashboard. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not share or resell your account.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass usage limits.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Do not use the Service to send unsolicited communications or fraudulent applications.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI features (resume rewrites, cover letters, ATS scoring) are provided as guidance. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI output before submitting it to employers.

6. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Suspended accounts forfeit refund eligibility per the Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or job offers resulting from use of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobtrigger24 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
