Jobtrigger24 ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: name, email, phone, location, preferred job domain, years of experience.
Resume content: uploaded resumes and parsed text used for ATS analysis.
Usage data: ATS scans, resume rewrites, cover letters, login activity.
Billing data: processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

To deliver AI-discovered job matches and AI-powered features.
To send transactional emails (login alerts, subscription activation, password changes, daily digests).
To improve our matching algorithms and service quality.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted processors required to operate the Service:

Authentication and database providers: account access, application data, and file-related operations.
Payment processor: payment processing & invoicing.
Email service providers: transactional email delivery.
AI processing providers: ATS scans, resume rewrites, and job-match analysis with limited necessary data.

4. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@jobtrigger24.com. You can also delete your resume and personal data directly from the dashboard.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted unless legally required to retain.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no system is 100% secure - please use a strong password and keep it private.

7. Cookies

We use minimal essential cookies for authentication and theme preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
