Refund Policy

At Jobtrigger24, we provide instant access to AI-powered job matching, resume optimization, and ATS scanning features. Because all features unlock immediately upon subscription, refund eligibility is structured as follows.

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed, as features become accessible instantly. You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal - your current plan remains active until the billing cycle ends.

Quarterly (3-Month) and Half-Yearly (6-Month) Plans

You may cancel anytime during your subscription period. Upon cancellation, you will receive 50% of the unused subscription value refunded to your original payment method. The remaining 50% covers active service usage, AI processing costs, and operational fees. The unused value is calculated on a pro-rata basis from the date of cancellation request.

How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed through our payment processor. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refund confirmations are sent via email.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Failure to use the service after subscribing.
  • Dissatisfaction with the volume or type of jobs displayed (jobs are aggregated from third-party sources and depend on market availability).
  • Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Requests made after the eligible refund window has passed.
  • Add-on credits, one-time purchases, or promotional plans.
