Refund Policy

At Jobtrigger24, we provide instant access to AI-powered job matching, resume optimization, and ATS scanning tools. Because all features unlock immediately upon subscription, refund eligibility is structured as follows.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed, as features become accessible instantly. You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your current plan remains active until the billing cycle ends.
Quarterly (3-Month) and Half-Yearly (6-Month) Plans
You may cancel anytime during your subscription period. Upon cancellation, you will receive 50% of the unused subscription value refunded to your original payment method. The remaining 50% covers active service usage, AI processing costs, and operational fees. The unused value is calculated on a pro-rata basis from the date of cancellation request.
How Refunds Are Processed
All refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refund confirmations are sent via email by Dodo Payments.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Failure to use the service after subscribing.
- Dissatisfaction with the volume or type of jobs displayed (jobs are aggregated from third-party sources and depend on market availability).
- Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Requests made after the eligible refund window has passed.
- Add-on credits, one-time purchases, or promotional plans.
